Shirley Stewart, age 70, died Thursday, December 13, 2018 at her residence in Fort Wayne. Mrs. Stewart was born April 12, 1948 in Inez, Kentucky to the late Mark and Virgie Maynard. She was employed for 35 years with Wayne Home Equipment in Fort Wayne before retiring in 2013.

Survivors include: Daughter, Jeanie and Earl Lindow of Fort Wayne. Daughter, Melissa Maynard of Fort Wayne. Daughter, Tammy and Mike Boothman of Fort Wayne.

10 grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Brother, Asher Maynard of Inez, Kentucky. Brother, Bab Maynard of Inez.

Brother, Buck Maynard of Columbus, Ohio. Sister, Tori Ann Bowen of Inez. Brother, James Maynard of Inez.

Brother, Oakie Maynard of Columbus, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her longtime companion, Gerald Lee Colpetzer in 2104; and siblings, Russell Maynard, Lady Bug, Monroe Maynard, and Hazel Scott. Visitation will be held Monday from 4:00-8:00 PM in the Summit Room at Ceruti’s Summit Park, 6601 Innovation Way, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46818.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Ceruti’s with an hour of visitation prior to the service. Entombment will take place at Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne. Arrangements by Northern Indiana Funeral Care of Fort Wayne.
