Frank L. Denny, Jr., Retired USAF, age 79, passed away on Sunday, September 16, 2018 here in Del Rio. He was born on August 10, 1939 in Ironton, OH. Frank was a proud Master Mason and Member of the Val Verde Lodge #646.

He was also a member of the Elks Lodge #837. Family members left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife Rose of Del Rio; daughter, Wendy Rocke and husband Duane Rocke of Cumming, GA; sons, Daniel Roach and wife Amanda Roach of Crystal Lake, IL, and Allen Roach of Albuquerque, NM; siblings: Dorothy Thomas of Del Rio, Cornelius Lawson and wife Donna Lawson of Ironton, Linda Wright-Burns and husband John Burns of Del Rio, and Mike Lawson of Seattle, WA; grandchildren: Terry Jantz, Madison Jantz, April Roach, Jordan Rocke, Danielle Rocke, and Gabrielle Rocke; Frank is also survived by his nieces/nephews: Debbie Thomas, James Thomas, Neal Wright, and many others. A visitation will be held on Thursday from 5 t 9 p.m. in the Trinity Chapel of Devotion.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, September 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. at First Christian Church, located at 2101 N. Main St. in Del Rio. Graveside services will be held Friday, September 28, 2018 at 10:15 a.m. at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, located in San Antonio, Texas.
