Stamatios Vagias, 83, of Jersey City, formerly of Corfu, Greece; passed away on December 29, 2018 surrounded by his family. Visitation will be held on January 2, 2019 at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 524 Summit Ave. , Jersey City, NJ beginning at 10:00 AM.

A funeral mass will follow visitation at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery, Lyndhurst, NJ. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital or to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church.
