Stanley Ernest Lozier of Warsaw, Indiana was welcomed into the arms of Jesus at 4:09 a.m. on Monday, February 4, 2019 at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne, Indiana at the age of 61. He was born on August 3, 1957 in Warsaw, Indiana to Lillian Loretta (Evans) Lozier and Frederick Arnold Lozier. On August 27, 1977 he was married to Carolyn Sue (Fields) Lozier, who survives.

Stanley was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, Indiana where he was a 1975 graduate of Warsaw High School, and a 1976 graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute. He attended Indiana Wesleyan University where he received his BA. He worked as an independent contractor for Dow, and worked for Morton Chemical prior to working at Zimmer Biomet as a procurement manager.

He loved ocean vacations, back yard picnics and family gatherings. Stanley had a great faith in Christ and enjoyed attending Warsaw Community Church. He was devoted to his family and was a great inspiration to them and strived to live a faith filled life.

Stanley will be remembered as a wonderful role model and mentor, always optimistic, enjoyed life to the fullest, and had a kind smile. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 41 years, Carolyn Sue Lozier (Warsaw, Indiana); daughter: Shelly (Jose) Rosario (Warsaw, Indiana); son: Adam “A.J.” (Gracia) Lozier (Warsaw, Indiana); seven grandchildren: Lily, Aiden, Maddox and Warrick Lozier; Ella and Evelyn Gonzalez; and Rocco Rosario; and many beloved nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind two brothers: Steven Lozier (Warsaw, Indiana); Samuel (Dreama) Lozier (Pierceton, Indiana); and his sister: Stacy Ritenour (Warsaw, Indiana).

He was preceded in death by his father, Fred, in-laws, Robert and Dimple Fields, and his niece, Cherilyn Blair. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, Indiana. There will be viewing on Friday, February 8, 2019 an hour prior to the service from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. His funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home and officiated by Pastor Denny Wilson.

Burial will follow with a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw. Memorial donations may be directed to Cancer Treatment Centers of America, c/o Gateway for Cancer Research, 500 E. Remington Road, Schaumburg, Illinois 60173; or to Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America, 355 Lexington Avenue, 15th Floor, New York, New York 10017 and would be appreciated by the family.
