Steven Peter Fairbairn was born August 31, 1993, in Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom, to Peter Brian and Lynne Jean (Willis) Fairbairn. He passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2019, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was 25 years old.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home. Steven attended schools in England and had studied Engineering in college there. In July of 2017 Steven came to the United States with 2 other fellow countrymen who were employed by RightWay Manufacturing Solutions in Duncan.

While in Duncan, he met Abbey Green and they had recently become engaged to be married. He had decided to stay in Duncan. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and reading motorcycle magazines.

Steven also enjoyed listening to music, being outdoors, and spending time at the Duncan Rib Crib. Steven is survived by his parents, Peter and Lynne Fairbairn of England; sister and niece, Angie and Errin Fairbairn of England; grandparents, Brian and Pam Willis of England; fiancé, Abbey Green; future mother-in-law, Shannon Archer; future father-in-law, Mike Green; best friends, Martin “MM” Middleton and Chris (fiancé, Becs) Fleming of England; many family members; and all of the RightWay employees. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Brian and Agnes Fairbairn.

The family requests that no one except bikers dress in black as Steven was a person who loved colors. Personal thoughts from Abbey: Although I have only known Steven just shy of a year it feels like I have known him forever. Steven always stood out to me.

I noticed that Steven and I have an almost identical tattoo of a motorcycle wheel with wings. I worked up the courage to speak to him and the rest was truly history. He loved with so much passion; not only me, but his family, his friends back home, his new friends in Duncan, and especially his motorbike.

He had such a beautiful soul and made an immense impact on every person he met. He is a true gentlemen, soul mate, and role model. That is hard to find in young men these days.

I know many changes have been made in the lives of those who have had the pleasure to meet him. I love you forever my Stevie P, you are always in my heart, I can already feel you. “I am leaving, I am leaving, but the fighter still remains”.
