OBITUARY Steven Rae Tyler June 20, 1955 – September 24, 2018 Steve Rae Tyler 63, of East Peoria passed away on Monday September 24, 2018, peacefully at home with family. Steve was born on June 20, 1955, in East Peoria to Paul and Betty Tyler. They preceded him in death.

Steve graduated from EPCHS and soon started to work at Caterpillar where he retired after 41 years of service. He married the love of his life Vicki Fultz on February 14, 1992 in East Peoria, IL. She Survives.

Steve was a proud member of the UAW 974, a fishermen, avid bowler, Cardinals and Bears fan, and a loving husband and father. He is survived by his children, Krystal, Amanda, Steven (Jordin) Tyler, grandchildren Brayden and Allie, and brother Paul Tyler. A visitation will be held 3-7pm on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria.

A memorial service will follow at 7:00pm. A celebration of life will be held 3:00pm on Friday September 28, 2018 at the UAW 974 Hall in East Peoria. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Illinois Cancer Center on Rt 91.
