Sue Etta Richmond, 71, of Zanesville, went to be with the Lord, July 11, 2018 at residence while in the care of her beloved husband of fifty-one years, Ronald O. Richmond. She was born August 20, 1946 in Zanesville, daughter of the late Marion Brown and Bernice Hagen Moody. She was a beloved homemaker and wife.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her foster family; foster daughter, Rev. Joy (Dennis) Wigal; foster grandkids, Karis (Will Burkhart) French, Joel French(Grace); special friends, Sandy, Danny, Yolanda, Lance, Dana; church family from the First United Methodist Church; fur buddies, Maggie and Bugsy; estranged brothers, Richard Brown, Ronald Brown and one niece and two nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Clyde Brown and Larry Brown.

Calling hours will be held 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2018, at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home, where services will take place at 12:00 p.m. with Rev. Joy Wigal officiating. A dignified cremation will follow the services.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the First United Methodist Church, 857 Putnam Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701. The family would like to thank Interim Hospice Care, Joe and all the team that helped care for Sue. A special thanks to all our friends for their prayers during this difficult time and to DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home.
