ZANESVILLE Daniel Lee Brown 68, of Zanesville passed away on Saturday July 7, 2018 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. Dan was born in Zanesville on October 24, 1949 to the late Stanley and Florence Weiser Brown. He had an associate’s degree in accounting and retired as Senior Vice President of loan administration at First National Bank of McConnelsville.

He was a member of the NRA, Briar Rabbit, VFW and FMJ Indoor Range. Dan served at Christ’s Table, Heart of Ohio Emmaus Community and the food pantry at the Salvation Army. He was a member of Coburn United Methodist Church where he was very active and served on many boards.

He is survived by his loving wife Debbie Yonley Brown; a daughter Laura Brown; a son Jeffrey (Darci) Adair; a step daughter Brooke King; a step son Adam King; six sisters: Wanita Teagarden, his twin Janet (Roger) Brailer, Linda (Randy) Zeimer, Sara Brown, Carolyn (Dan) Asher and Cheryl (Jeff) Antill; five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be made to Coburn United Methodist Church, 3618 Maple Avenue, Zanesville, OH 43701. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
