Sue Lester, age 79, passed away on March 11, 2019. She was born on September 8, 1939 to Lura and Coin Seago. She was united in marriage on January 7, 1956 to James Lester.

She is survived by her husband, James Lester of Gustine, brother Carol Seago and wife Delores of Gustine, 6 children, Sherri Gunter of Gustine, Vickie Lester, Debbie Adcock and husband Kelley of Gustine, Terri Schmalzried and husband Ben of Arlington, Jim Lester and wife Daviddie of Gustine, Joe Lester and wife Elisa of Gustine, 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lura and Coin Seago, and son-in-law Mark Gunter. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend to many.

She was an active member of Pettit Baptist Church. Arrangements for a Celebration of Life are pending. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be sent to Pettit Baptist Church.
