Obituary for Susan Ann Booth Susan Ann Booth, 65, a resident of Lake Charles passed from this life on December 16, 2018 in the comfort of her own home. In her younger years, she loved playing bingo, bowling, shooting pool, and joking around with anyone she met. She possessed a very kind hearted and loving nature and was generous to a fault.

Her strong will, faith, and humor sustained her through the difficult periods in her life. She is not only up and walking alongside of Jesus, but also dancing and singing as she loved to do. She is predeceased by her parents, Edwin Booth and Edris Monceaux, sister, Helen Webb, and brother, Damris Abshire, Sr. Susan leaves to cherish her precious memory he daughter Delicia Sonnier Warner and husband Richard Rodney Warner, Jr. of Lake Charles, grandchildren: Makenah Mouton, Gage Mouton, Whitney Warner and Holly Warner, five sisters: Donna Anderson, Kathy Carlin, Delorus Cochran, Lola Frazier, and Eddie Miller and numerous nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her wishes, Ms. Booth’s remains were donated to the Tulane School of Medicine. A gathering of families and friends will occur on Thursday, December 20, 2018 in the chapel of Lakeside Funeral Home from 5 PM until 8 PM.
