Obituary for Susan E. Robbins Susan E. (Abbott) Robbins, age 68 of Millville, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia after an extended illness. Born and raised in Millville to the late Belford and Thelma (Sooy) Abbott, she graduated from Millville High School, Class of 1968. For over 20 years Susan worked as a Secretary for Commercial Twp.

Board of Education, and retired in 2011. She was an active member of the Red Hat Society. She enjoyed bowling, motorcycles, horses, and traveling with family and friends.

Susan will be sadly missed by her daughter Suzanne M. Robitaille (Jason) of Millville; one sister Emma Jane Garton (Bob) of Millville; her sister in law Maxine Bruggis (Ed); her granddaughter Kalli; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Lewis Robbins Jr. in 2011; her son Lewis Robbins III in 2015; and her sister Janice Vanaman in 1979 and Janice’s husband Frank. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in the Christy Funeral Home, 11 W. Broad Street, Millville.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be private in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery at the convenience of the family.

The family requests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034, or to the Cumberland County SPCA, 1244 N. Delsea Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360.
