Blenheim, SC Susie Emma Raynor Grice, 88, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Dundee Manor in Bennettsville. Born June 30, 1930 in Nichols, SC, she was a daughter of the late George Howard and Kitsy Mary Ann Goodyear Raynor. Mrs. Susie was a member of Brownsville Baptist Church and a former Sunday School Teacher.

She was retired from Mohawk Industries in Bennettsville. Mrs. Susie enjoyed reading, gardening, working in her flowers and taking care of her family. She is survived by her sons, Bobby T. Grice (Joyce) of Bennettsville, Larry Grice (Barbara) of Bennettsville; daughter, Miriam Thrower (Eddie) of Bennettsville; grandchildren, Shannon Nicole Grice and Hailey Jordan Grice; one great-grandchild, Austin Matthews Lammonds; brother-in-law, Rev.

R.P. Grice (Julia) of Cheraw; many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents listed above, her husband Braddy “B.J.” Grice, Jr.; brother’s, Howard Raynor and Clarence Raynor; sister’s, Bernice Horn and Daisy Boan. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Burroughs Funeral Home, with burial in Brownsville Baptist Church Cemetery.

A visitation will be held from 1 until 2 P.M. just prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Brownsville Baptist Church, 4110 Hwy. 38 South, Blenheim, SC 29516.
