Preceding her in death her parents, Maria and Isidro Hernandez; brother, Simon Hernandez; brother-in-law, Charles Butler; nephew, Daniel Martinez; and niece: Patricia Ann Yeiser.

Family members left to cherish her memory include her son, Mark A. Martinez of Del Rio; daughter, Lydia Martinez and husband Eduardo Ruiz of Del Rio; siblings: Richard Hernandez and wife Virginia Hernandez of Del Rio, Ruth Butler of Waynesboro, TN, Ronaldo Hernandez of CA, Rosalinda Hernandez of Del Rio, Dora Ramirez of Dallas, TX, Leticia Mojica and family of Del Rio, and Esmeralda Moreno and husband Ranulfo Moreno of Del Rio; grandchildren: Mark Jr., Alejandra, Briana, and Emmalee; nephews/nieces: Joseph, Richard Jr., Jackie, Deborah Lynn, Jeremy Lee, Fidel Jr., Isidro, Juan Manuel, Maricela, Beverly, Armando Jr., Eric, Raul, Claudia, Veronica, Michael, Jesse Jr., Monica, Priscilla, Ranulfo Jr., Ana Maria, Jesus, and Adrian.
