Willie Robinson was born to the late Tom Robinson and the late Daisy Richardson Robinson on June 30, 1941 in Anson County. He attended Anson County public school system. He moved to Greensboro in the Early 1960’s.

T. Willie worked for K&W Cafeteria and Curtis Meat Packaging as a meat cutter for many years. During his later years, he was self employed in janitorial service and lawn care service. He married Dollie McNeil on August 5, 1966.

Two children were born to this union. T. Willie was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers: Lee Thomas, Benjamin, and Levi; and one sister: Marry Patterson. He is survived by his wife: Dollie; two children: Kevin J. Robinson (Katrina) and Tonya J. Robinson; two granddaughters: Sydney Latice and Erin Nicole Robinson; one sister: Lucille Douglas and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
