OBITUARY Tammy Costa July 23, 1953 – July 5, 2018 Tamara “Tammy” (Clermont) Costa, 64, of New Bedford passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018 after a 12 week battle with illness. She had a heart of gold and a smile to remember. She lived for her grandchildren and was loved by all.

Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late Joseph O. and Alice (Whalley) Clermont she lived most of her life in the city. She is survived by two daughters, Coreen LaMonica and her husband Frank of Acushnet and Heidi Costa of FL; sons, Kyle of Argentina and Tyler Costa of Florida; a brother, Dennis and his wife Sharyn Clermont of Wareham, whom she thought of as a sister; four grandchildren; Alexis, Austin, Brandon and Courtney and one great grandson, Julian. Her memorial visitation will be Saturday, July 14, 2018 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a service at 12:30 pm in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME at FAIRLAWN, 180 Washington St., Fairhaven, MA 02719.
