Obituary for Tammy Hockenberry Print July 22, 1966- Feb. 8, 2019 Tammy Hockenberry, 52, Altoona, passed away Friday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of Don Hockenberry Sr. and Mary Hooper.

Surviving are her parents; her stepfather, Ron Hooper; a sister, Paula Branter (Paul); a brother, Don Hockenberry Jr.; two nieces: Elizabeth and Ashlee; a nephew, Zachary; a great-niece, Sadie; two great-nephews: Aythan and Jude; a special uncle; and many aunts and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents and many uncles, aunts and cousins. She was a 1984 graduate of Altoona Area High School and worked for the Blair Company and Top Hat Cleaning.

Tammy loved spending time with her great-nieces and nephews. She loved animals and had a kind heart, willing to help anyone in need. Although she is no longer with us, a part of her lives on through her generous act organ donation through CORE.

Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, 2019, The Good Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Feb.
