Tammy Y. Ricard, 51, passed away May 28, 2019. Born in Madison, TN, she was the daughter to Lyndell and Nancy Marino Yates. Tammy was a devoted Christian serving her Lord at Boiling Springs UMC.

She was a graduate of Airport High School and Midlands Technical College. She remained in close contact with many of her high school friends. Tammy was a beloved daughter, sister, mother and friend to everyone she knew and met and never met a stranger.

She was a very charitable person. She is survived by her parents; sons, Rick (Kristy) and Nick Ricard; brother, Lyndell “Dale” Yates, Jr.; and her granddaughter-to-be, Mackenzie Ricard. She was predeceased by her husband, Gary Ricard.

A Celebration of Life for Tammy will be held at Boiling Springs United Methodist Church on Sunday, June 2. Visitation will be at 2:00 p.m. and the service immediately following at 3:00 p.m. The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Rheumatology Research Foundation.
