OBITUARY Terry Blaine Helms November 22, 1946 – October 5, 2018 Terry Blaine Helms, 71, of Lynchburg passed away Friday, October 05, 2018 at his residence. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Delores O. Helms. Born in Connellsville, PA, November 22, 1946, he was the son of the late Wesley Blaine Helms and Nellie Cale Helms.

He was retired from GE/Ericsson after over 30 years of service. Following retirement, he and his son established T&G Services. He was a member of Clearview Baptist Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Robert Blaine Helms, Heidi Helms Overall and Gabriel Alan Helms; one sister, Elissa Helms Mardis; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. A service celebrating his life will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Clearview Baptist Church with Pastor Zane Kramer officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.
