Obituary for Terry Lee Rumpel Terry Lee Rumpel, Hemlock, Michigan. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018. Age 76 years.

Son of the late Earl and Helen (Kuster) Rumpel, Terry was born April 13, 1942 in Saginaw, Michigan. He was raised by his grandparents, Deyo and Oma Kuster on a small farm in Carrollton Township. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years.

Terry married Diane K. Jolin on October 31, 1964. She survives him. He was employed at G.M. Grey Iron Foundry in skilled trades for 44 years retiring May 2001.

Terry was a member of the Catholic Faith. He was also a member of Saginaw Field and Stream and enjoyed the great outdoors especially hunting and fishing. Surviving besides his wife Diane are three sons and their spouses, David and MaryAnn Rumpel, Tom and Amy Rumpel, Troy and Jenny Rumpel all of Saginaw County; six grandchildren, Amanda, Korey, Alex, Emily, Quentin and Nick; two great-grandchildren, Autumn and Leita and an angel on the way; four brothers, Rocky and Claudette Rumpel, Earl Rumpel, Chad and Cindy Rumpel, Jay and Cherie Wolcott; brothers–in-law and sisters- in- law, Ken and Evelyn Jolin, Mary Lynn and Jim Gorski; his aunt, Mary Kuster; several nieces, nephews and special friends especially, Rene and Linda DeSander and Bob and Judy Spitz.

Terry was predeceased by his brother, Brian Rumpel, a brothers-in-law, Wayne Jolin and his uncle Francis Kuster. A Celebration of Life will take place 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty).

Pastor Robert Troutman will officiate with Military Services conducted by V.F.W. Post #1859. Honoring Mr. Rumpel’s wishes cremation will follow. Friends may visit at the funeral home where the family will be present on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service.
