Theda E. “Teddie” Kazmierczak, 72, of Bern Township, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 9:35 am in her home where she resided with her daughter Deborah L. (Kazmierczak) Goodman, wife of John Goodman and their children Jennifer and Jeremy Goodman. She was the wife of the late Theodore M. Kazmierczak, Sr. who passed away June 15, 2002. Born in Reading, Mrs. Kazmierczak was the daughter of the late Theodore A. and Adalyn M. (Redwine) Gately.

She was a 1964 graduate of Muhlenberg High School and was a member of Christ Community Church in Sinking Spring. She was a nurse’s aide/ward clerk/time clerk at Reading Hospital for 20 years retiring in 1998. Mrs. Kazmierczak is survived by her sons Joseph M. Kazmierczak, husband of Elizabeth Kazmierczak of Wernersville and Theodore M. Kazmierczak, Jr. husband of Patricia Kazmierczak of Boyertown, her daughters Pamela J. (Kazmierczak) Messner of Berks County and Deborah L. (Kazmierczak) Goodman, wife of John Goodman and 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

She is also survived by her step daughters Debra A. (Kazmierczak) Fisher, wife of Greg Fisher of Exeter Township and Sharon L. (Kazmierczak) Eckenroth, wife of Robert Eckenroth of Robesonia and her brother Robert L. Gately of Kutztown. Funeral Service will be held in Bean Funeral Home 3825 Penn Ave. Sinking Spring Wednesday, February 20, 2019 at 10:00 am.

Reverend CB Eder and Reverend John Reyes will officiate. Interment will follow in Robeson Lutheran Church Cemetery. The family will receive relatives and friends in Bean Funeral Home Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday 9:00-10:00 am.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Christ Community Church Building Fund 566 Mohns Hill Road, Sinking Spring, PA 19608 or Mercy Community Crisis Pregnancy Center 105 South 5th Street, Reading, PA 19602 in memory of Mrs. Theda E. Kazmierczak. Online condolences may be made at www.
