Thelma’s Obituary Thelma Mazine Riley Holcomb, 100, Lorton Lick Road, Bluefield, passed away on Friday, March 8, 2019 at her home. Born on February 9, 1919 in Plymouth, WV, she was a daughter of the late William Thomas and Clara Browning Roush Riley. She had been a resident of Bluewell for 62 years and was of the Methodist faith.

She was a retired seamstress. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Lacy Holcomb; a son, William Holcomb; Daughters, Scarlett Hubble, Carole Holcomb, Barbara Holcomb; granddaughter, Sharron Holcomb; sisters, Florence Davis, Audrey Cahill, Lucille Phillips; and a brother, Walter Riley. Survivors include: Sons: John Holcomb of Princeton Daughters: Gail Donway of San Dimas, CA Grandchildren: Angie Holcomb, Johnita Duff, Kevin Keyes, Cherie Barnes, Paul Hubble Great grandchildren: Brooke Poole, Kasidi Duff, Ashley Duff, Sam Dillon, Savannah Duff, Scarlett Hubble, Dakota Hubble, Jaxon Hubble, Barnes, Jon Boothe, Damien Fitzgerald; and Austin Hubble.

Graveside services will be conducted on Friday, March 15, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the At End of the Trail Cemetery in Clintonville, VA with Rev. Clay O’Dell officiating. Online condolences will be accepted at www.
