Theresa A. Weleski, 89, of Cabot passed away on June 21, 2018 at the Good Samaritan Hospice at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. Born December 29, 1928 in Natrona Heights, PA, she was the daughter of Andrew and Blanche Szymkowiak. Theresa was a member of St. Joseph R.C. Church in Cabot, where she had been a Christian Mother, and the Saxonburg Women’s Club.

She enjoyed baking bread, nut rolls and cream pies for all to enjoy and spending time with her family. Surviving are her son, Charles G. (Jan) Weleski, Jr. of Cabot, PA, 2 daughters, Patricia Mizwicki of Huntersville, NC and Donna (Jeff) King of Medina, OH, 8 grandchildren, Jenna (Aaron) Provance, Andrew (Autumn) Weleski, Kelli (Jay) Berger, Stacey (Jay) Tate, Adam (Jessie) Frederick, Victoria (Kyriokas) Sotos, Nathan King and Lucas King, 14 great grandchildren, Ashleigh and Hunter Tate, Colt, Ryler and Brynn Provance, Payton and Carlie Frederick, Rogan, Charleigh and Jameson Weleski, Lani and Jace Berger and Cecilia Sotos. She is preceded in death by husband, Charles G. Weleski on December 31, 2009 and 9 siblings Friends will be received on Monday, June 25, 2018, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at Fox Funeral Home, Inc., Saxonburg, PA.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, June 25, 2018, 12:30 pm at the St. Joseph R. C. Church, with Fr. Ward Stakem officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Herman.

Memorial donations may be made to the St. Joseph Church 315 Stoney Hollow Road Cabot, PA 16023.
