Obituary for Ms. Theresa Brooks Ms. Theresa C. Brooks Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 7, 2018 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Port Barre, LA, for Ms. Theresa C. Brooks, 72, who entered eternal rest, Sunday, July 1, 2018 at her residence in Port Barre, LA. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Park. Ms. Brooks is survived by her son, Subester Brooks (Sophie) of Opelousas, LA; three grandchildren, Raven Boxie, Kirsten Boxie and Steven James all of Opelousas, LA; two great grandchildren, Brynn Tanner and Annsley Price both of Opelousas, LA; three sisters, Mary Dorothy Sylvester (John) of Port Barre, LA, Bessie Castille Ellis (Rudolph, Sr.) of Port Barre, LA and Mary Louise Castille of Port Barre, LA; two sisters-in-law, Jenny Lee Castille of Port Barre, LA and Joyce Castille of Lake Charles, LA; two Godchildren, Tonia Narcisse of Opelousas, LA and Nakkia Williams of FL and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Ms. Brooks was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Castille, Sr. and Pheloman Richard Castille; two brothers, Frank Castille, Jr. and Wilton Joseph Castille; three sisters, Ethelene Castille Andrus (JB), Jennie Mae Narcisse and Margaret Castille Pete.
