Thomas E. Long, 82, of Milan passed away January 28, 2019 at Genesis Medical Center Illini Campus. Funeral services will be private and burial will be at Greenview Memorial Gardens. Thomas was born November 9, 1936 in Rock Island the son of Benjamin and Nellie Hall Long.

He married Kayla Stone June 28, 1958 in Silvis, IL. Thomas enjoyed duck hunting and fishing. Survivors include his wife Kayla; children Thomas (Diana) Long of East Moline and Lori (William) White of Milan; grandchildren Benjamin and Cody and great grandson Ronan.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Ray, Jess, Fred, Carl, Shirley, and Jack.
