Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 4820 Charlotte Hwy. , Lake Wylie, SC Mr. Garrison was born July 30, 1948 in Washington, DC to the late John Strain Garrison and Marian Moackler Garrison.

He was a retired electrical engineer. Survivors are his wife Emperatriz Carreno Garrison, brother Dr. William Garrison and nephews Sean, David, Conor and Shannon.
