Thomas Haluszczak October 07, 1924 – January 28, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Thomas Haluszczak, 94, of the Leisuretowne section of Southampton, NJ, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 28, 2019, at home. Born in Sanok, Poland, Thomas was a U.S. Navy Veteran who proudly served during WWII. He was a parishioner at the Church of the Holy Eucharist in Tabernacle, NJ.

Husband of the late Olga Haluszczak; he is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Diane Martin and John Boczar; his son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Anita Haluszczak; his grandson, Ian Matthew Haluszczak; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may gather on Saturday, February 9, 2019, from 10-11AM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. Funeral services will follow at 11AM, at the funeral home.

Interment will be held in Brig. Gen. Wm.

C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Thomas’ memory to the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer, 415 Crossways Park Drive, Suite D, Woodbury, NY 11797. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Mathis Funeral Home, Medford, NJ.
