Chappine, Jr. October 16, 1950 – January 18, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Dominic S. “Chip” Chappine, Jr., 68, of Shamong, NJ, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019, at Cooper Medical Center, Camden, NJ. Born in Mt. Holly, NJ, Dominic was a lifelong resident of Shamong.

He was a supervisor for Burlington County Mosquito Commission retiring in 2010. Dominic was a volunteer fireman for 52 years with the Indian Mills Volunteer Fire Co. His loving and caring personality will be missed by his family and friends. Son of the late Dominic and Mary Jane Chappine; he has been reunited with the love of his life Brenda; he is survived by Daddy’s little girl, Jennifer and her husband Jonathan Shelley; loving Pop-Pop to his four grandchildren, Julianna, Maxwell, Harrison, and Vivienne; his brother and sister-in-law, Carmen and JohnnieRuth Chappine; and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may greet the family on Thursday, January 24, 2019, from 5-7PM, at the Mathis Funeral Home, 58 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. A Memorial Service will follow at 7PM, at the funeral home. Interment will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dominic’s memory to the American Kidney Foundation, 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
