Thomas P. Reed, age 56, of Castalia, died June 10, 2018, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital, following a brief illness. He was born April 29, 1962, in Berlin Heights, and graduated from Margaretta High School in 1980. Thomas served in the U.S. Army and worked for Reed’s Supply.

He loved to be in the outdoors and loved to hunt for mushrooms, turtles, and many other animals. He is survived by daughters Tiffany and Heather Reed; two sons Jacob and Josh Reed; four grandchildren; three sisters Caren Blankenship, Sandra Fayard, and Mary Jo DeChant; six brothers David, Michael, Robert, James, Johnny, and Paul Reed; and many nieces and nephews. Thomas was preceded in death by his son Thomas “Tommy” Reed; parents John and Caroline (Hammersmith) Reed; sister Patrice Wilson; and two brothers Danny and Joe Reed.
