Thomas M. Koehler, 63, Wausau, died Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at his home, under the care of Ministry Hospice after a short illness. He was born December 20, 1954 in Wausau, son of the late James and Caroline (Schultz) Koehler. After graduating from high school, he went to work at Kraft Foods in Wausau, retiring after 43 years of service.

Among his favorite pastimes Thomas enjoyed scuba diving in the Bahamas, hunting, fishing, photography, motorcycling, windsurfing and spending time at the cottage in Harrison Hills. Survivors include his brother Randy (Connie) Koehler, Schofield, his cat “Maggie” several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 25, 2018 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wausau.

Rev. Msgr. Mark Pierce will preside.

Burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Wausau. Friends may call on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at the Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, 1302 Sixth Street, Wausau and again on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church. Peterson/Kraemer Funeral Home, Wausau is in charge of arrangements.
