Sullivan, 64, of Macomb, Illinois passed away at 4:08 AM Thursday, May 23, 2019 while surrounded by loved ones at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois. He was born May 6, 1955 in Macomb, Illinois to Clarence Arnold and Louise Doran Sullivan. He married Cynthia Schultz on March 15, 1980.

She survives. Also surviving are his children: Brian Sullivan of Macomb, Illinois, Elizabeth (Paul) Strycker of Mequon, Wisconsin, and Theresa (Nathan) Young of Colchester, Illinois; 5 grandsons: Peter Strycker, Luke Strycker, Lauren Young, James Strycker, and Andrew Strycker; 2 granddaughters: Clare Strycker and Emily Young; 3 brothers: Joe Sullivan of Macomb, Illinois, Jerry (Jennifer) Sullivan of Sturgeon, Missouri, and John (Judy) Sullivan of Mabank, Texas; 5 sisters: Margaret (Dan) Donovan of Macomb, Illinois, Cathy (Ed) Kresl of Tampa, Florida, Martha Woodford of Peoria, Illinois, Donna Mason of Macomb, Illinois, and Christina (Paul) Richter of North Aurora, Illinois. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces, and great-nephews survive.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters: Mary Sullivan and Susan Earman; 1 brother-in-law: Scott Woodford. He was a lifelong member of St. Paul Catholic Church; regular Eucharistic minister and altar server; member of St. Paul Cemetery Board; member of McDonough County Farm Bureau; former member of McDonough County 4-H Board; former member of Macomb School Board; formerly in charge of land-owner relations for the Macomb Balloon Rally Committee. Tim was a lifelong farmer who was admired by his landlords and farm neighbors.

He had worked with WIU grounds-keeping, WIU golf course, and Logan School; had been a bus driver for Red Cross, Bridgeway, and Macomb Schools; had played basketball for Macomb Bombers from 1972-1974, earning the name “Super Sub” for his noteworthy shooting percentage and rebounding; had coached basketball, baseball, and softball for St. Paul School, YMCA, MCGSL, and Macomb Little League. Rev. Adam Stimpson will offer a funeral Mass for Tim at 10 AM Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at St. Paul Catholic Church, with visitation on Monday, May 27, from 3-6 PM at the church preceded by a recitation of the Holy Rosary at 2 PM.

Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery following the funeral Mass. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul Church, Macomb FFA, or Macomb Bomber Booster Club. Please sign guestbook or leave condolences through www.
