Obituary for Towana Rue Doss TOWANA RUE DOSS Towana Doss of Elmore City, Oklahoma was born to Robert “Bud” Webster and Marthan Mills Webster on September 27, 1933 in Purcell, OK and passed from this life on May 4, 2018 in Davis, Oklahoma at the age of 84 years. Towana spent her childhood in Paoli, OK and often reminisced about her fond memories of playing with her brother Mills during those years. She graduated from Paoli High School and later married the love of her life Cecil Doss on April 3rd, 1954 in Noble, Ok.

Towana retired from her position as Administrative Assistant of the Garvin County Health Department in 1994. She was a member of the United Methodist Church Choir, the Alumini group “Hug Pugs,” and Mary Martha Womens Circle. Her hobbies were sewing, painting, gardening, cooking, and reading.

Her family was the highlight of her life and she was an avid lover of animals. Towana is survived by: Her husband: Cecil Franklin Doss 4 Sons and their wives: Michael Doss(Angela), Robert Doss (Pam), Garry Doss (Laura) and Larry Doss (Jeannie) 11 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Grandchildren and one on the way Towana is preceded in death by: Her parents: Robert “Bud’ Webster and Marthan Mills Webster 5 Brothers: Earl Webster, Dowel Webster, Estel Webster, Ronda Webster, and Mills Webster 2 Sisters: Euna Webster Murray and Nona Dean Webster DeArman Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, May 7, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Elmore City with Rev. Chris Talley officiating.

Interment will follow in Elmore City Cemetery under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home. You may send condolences to the family at www. woosterfuneralhomes.com.
