Twila’s Obituary Twila Irene Neuwirth age 87 of Columbus, Nebraska died Monday, January 14, 2019 at Columbus Care and Rehabilitation. A funeral service honoring her life will take place Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bible Baptist Church in Columbus. Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Bible Baptist Church and will continue Thursday from 1-2 p.m., also at the church.

Twila Neuwirth was born July 25, 1931 in Brunswick, Nebraska to Frank and Luella (Keetle) Armstrong. She grew up on a farm in the Brunswick area until she married Harold Louis Brinkman on July 17th, 1947 in Casper, Wyoming. They moved to Oregon City, Oregon, where their five children were born.

In 1967 Twila and her children moved to Columbus, Nebraska where she became a member of the Bible Baptist Church. Twila married Harry E. Neuwirth on December 4, 1979. Twila worked at Dale Electronics (Vishay) for over 26 years as a printer, and then retired.

She then worked part time for several years.
