Mrs. Bourge was born January 3, 1924 in Carmona, Texas to the late Bess Elizabeth (Amburn) and Arthur Lee Allen, Sr., and died Wednesday, March 20, 2019 in a hospice facility in Tyler. Mrs. Bourge had resided in Lufkin most of her life and was a secretary for the Chrysler dealership.

Mrs. Bourge was of the Catholic faith. Survivors include her brother, Arthur Allen, Jr. of Lufkin; nieces, Sara Lehman of San Francisco, California and Tami Witzell of Fort Worth; and great niece, Kristen Taylor of San Francisco, California. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband in 2013, Numa J. “Blackie” Bourge, Jr. Memories and condolences may be added at www.
