Berkey – Veronica, “Vee”, 73, Richland, went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2019. Born on November 16, 1945 in South Fork, daughter of the late John P. and Ann (Colton) Bulvin. She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Larry W. Berkey; children, Randy L. married to the former Tracey Good, Amherst, VA and Renee L, wife of Kevin M. Dick, Richland; grandchildren, Tanner and Lauren Dick, and Hunter and Hayden Berkey; brother, John P, married to the former Linda Consalvo, Johnstown; several nieces, nephews and her beloved beagle, Barney.

Veronica was a graduate of the former Adams/Summerhill High School. She attended Windber Church of the Brethren. Veronica was employed at the former Moxham Bank as a Teller.

She enjoyed decorating her house, antiquing, craft shows, shopping at TJ Maxx, and giving treats to all the neighborhood dogs. Veronica loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She also loved taking care of her daughter’s dogs, Pouncey and Molly, and her granddaughter’s dog, Remmy.

Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. on Tuesday at the Harris Funeral Home, 500 Cherry Lane, Richland, with Pastor Joe Brown officiating. Interment will be at Richland Cemetery. The family suggests contributions be directed to the American Cancer Society, 351 Budfield St, Johnstown, PA 15904 or to the Humane Society of Cambria County, 743 Galleria Drive Extension, Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Veronica.
