MADISON/JANESVILLE-Victor F. Lubke, age 86, passed on Friday, June 1, 2018 at Sebring Assisted Living Facility, Madison. He was born on January 1, 1932, in Tarrytown, New York. Victor proudly served his country in the United States Navy and Naval Reserves for nearly 20 years.

He graduated from Northwestern University earning a degree in Economics. Victor worked in banking for over 38 years, retiring in 1994. He was an avid reader.

Victor had a variety of interests… Read More » including woodworking and old car repair. He loved music and sang with multiple choral groups. Victor loved his family and will be remembered as a great husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Carol; his children, Wayne (Betsy) and Doug (Jayne), both of Milton, and Kathy (Kevin Morrow) of Madison; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and a sister, Bettina Lubke of Colorado. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margarete. Per Victor’s wishes, no services will be held.
