DANE-Marvin William Richards, passed away July 17, 2018, at Agrace HospiceCare Center surrounded by his loved ones. Marvin was born February 26, 1930 to Walter and Elizabeth (Heimbecker) Richards. Marvin married his sweetheart Audrae Markgraf on April 11, 1959.

Marvin worked for Webcrafters for 37 years and was an avid supporter of Lodi Wrestling. He treasured his family first and foremost. Marvin also enjoyed the Brewers, Green Bay Packers, hunting, fishing and playing cards.

Marvin is survived by his loving wife, Audrae; three sons, Philip (Julie) Richards, Kevin (Cheryl) Richards and Kyle Richards; eight grandchildren, Travis, Jeremy, Shaina and Aaron Richards, Matthew and Mitchell Richards and Samantha and Sophie Richards and four great-grandchildren, Cooper, Henry and Hadley Richards and Audrey Barman. He is also survived by his sisters, Marge (Marcel) Ripp and Marilyn Richards.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Ruby (Bob) Boniface, Janice (Jerry) Marcum and Alice (Maury) Georgeson and his brother, Harold (Carol) Richards. A Celebration of Marvin’s Life will be held at LODI UNITED METHODIST CHURCH, 130 Locust St, Lodi at 12 noon on Saturday, July 21, 2018. There will be a visitation from 10 am until the time of service with a luncheon to follow.

The family would like to especially thank Good Samaritan Society Nursing Home in Lodi and Agrace HospiceCare Center in Fitchburg for the wonderful care they gave Marvin. They would also like to thank Bob and Barb Bakke for their friendship and support of Marvin and Audrae. Marvin was a great husband and father and we will greatly miss his beautiful smile.
