Obituary for Victoria Kopack Victoria Kopack, 96, passed away September 4, 2018, at the Masonic Care Community. She was born on March 10, 1922, in Utica, the daughter of Felix and Anna (Brudzinski) Topa. Victoria attended Utica schools.

In November of 1944, she married Adolph Kopack in Port Leyden. They enjoyed a blessed union of over 30 years prior to his passing in February of 1975. Victoria was the owner/operator of the Central Hotel in Port Leyden and had also worked at Hemstrought’s Bakery.

She was a loving wife and mother. Victoria and Adolph loved to travel and they had purchased an old farm house that they remodeled into their own retreat, where family enjoyed visiting them for many years. She was an excellent housekeeper and cook who sent weekly delicious care packages to her grandchildren when they went off to college.

Victoria is survived by her daughter, Shirley Kelsey, Boonville; sister, Patricia Major, Utica; grandchildren, Ann, Mary, Connie and Kevin and 8 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Sylvia; brothers, Edward, Chester and Frank; sisters, Genevieve, Gladys and Stella. Relatives and friends are invited and may call on Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at McGrath, Myslinski, Karboski & Nunn Funeral Directors, 470 French Rd.

, Utica. Funeral services will commence at the conclusion of visitation at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
