Murphy, Violet 9/7/1917 – 11/21/2018 Cascade Township, Michigan Violet (Vi) Brockway Murphy, of Cascade, MI went home to be with her Lord and Savior on November, 21st. Member of Cascade Christian Church since 1960 where she taught Sunday School for 35 years. Preceded in death by parents Frank & Myrtle Brockway, sister Virginia Steinke, brothers: Darrell, John & Robert Brockway.

Infant son James Baker III. Husbands Robert Cantwell, James Baker & Edward Murphy. Survived by her beloved children: Virginia Cantwell Laper, Timothy (Penny) Baker, Susan Mozley & Kevin Murphy.

Grandchildren: Erika (Brian) Best, Tammy (David) Lewis, Mark (Debra) Laper, Jennifer (Jack) Hawkins, Michael (Wendy) Dunn, Rebecca (Peter Bush), Kate Harmon. 14 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren. Much loved nieces & nephews.

Like a daughter Inge (Claus) Pahl and loved friends Karen & Jeff Clapp and beloved church family. Visitation on Monday, Nov. 26th at Cascade Christian Church in Centennial Hall from 5-7pm.

Memorial Service will be held at Cascade Christian Church Chapel on Tuesday, Nov. 27th at 11am with a luncheon to follow. If desired, donations in her memory can be made to Cascade Christian Church.
