Obituary for Virginia C. Schoonmaker (Coulter) WATERFORD Virginia C. Schoonmaker, 73, formerly of 3rd St. died Friday November 16, 2018 at the Saratoga Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care in Ballston Spa. Born in Missoula, MT, she came to this area in 1967. Virginia had been employed by New York State OMRDD for over 20 years and retired in 2013.

She enjoyed reading and was a former member of the Friends of the Waterford Public Library. She was the widow of Charles Schoonmaker who died in 1984. She is survived by her children, Frances Pascucci (Ted) of Waterford and Elizabeth Chaousis of Livermore, ME.

She is the sister of Lamay Southam of Sherwood, ND and Cecile Rathbun of Hurricane, UT and is the proud grandmother of Victor, Frances, Caitlin and Ava. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
