Wallace Eugene Eason of Many, Louisiana October 4, 1935 – March 9, 2019 Funeral services for Wallace Eugene Eason, 83, of Many, LA, will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 11:00 AM at The Life Church with Pastor Jim Manning and Bro. Tommy Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Ft.

Jesup Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Monday, March 11, 2019, at 5:30 PM at The Life Church, Many, LA. Wallace Eugene Eason was born on Friday, October 4, 1935 in Vernon Parish, LA.

He passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at his home in Many, LA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence and Katie (Davis) Eason; two sisters, Katie Mae Crunk and Hazel Gentry; and grandson, Wesley Pinter. Wallace Eason was a quiet and gentle man, full of love for his family.

He was happiest when outdoors and loved to fish. Among the things he did in his lifetime were being meat market manager at Curtis’s Supermarket (later named Big Star), along with serving our nation for eight years in the National Guard. Wallace was a family man who left his wife, children, and grandchildren with many wonderful memories.

He is survived by his wife Miriam Ann Eason of Many, LA; daughters, Patricia E. Cook and husband Steven of Florien, LA. and Sandra Jean Pinter and husband William of Florien, LA. ; son, Mike Eason and wife Rachal of Many, LA,; sisters, Anita Herrington of Florien, LA.

and Doris Allen of Kilgore, TX. ; six grandchildren, Emily Eason of Many, LA. , Chanli McWilliams of Rosepine, LA.

, Jace Eason of Hornbeck, LA. , Zane Cook of Orange, TX. , Blake Cook of Florien, LA.

, and Preston Pinter of Florien, LA. ; eight great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Pallbearers will be Will Gunter, Zane Cook, Preston Pinter, Jace Eason, Blake Cook and Dustin McWilliams.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Hardy, Scotty Carnline and Ronnie Lewing.
