Wallace “Ronnie” Painter, 72, of Waynesboro, passed away, Sunday afternoon, July 15, 2018, at Avante’ of Waynesboro. He was born in Augusta County on February 19, 1946, son of the late Wallace Robey Painter and Mabel Vera Allen Painter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Claudine and his twin sisters, Rutha and Retha.

He is survived by his daughter, Marie Painter; two sisters, Gaitha Price and her husband, Wayne of Stuarts Draft and Dot Campbell and her husband, Ron of Stuarts Draft; one granddaughter, one grandson and one great-granddaughter. No formal services will be held. Charlton and Groome Funeral Home, Fishersville, is serving the family.
