Obituary for Wanda “Jean” Meyer Meyer, Wanda “Jean”, of Byrnesmill, Missouri, was born August 25, 1948, in Paris, Tennessee to James and Virginia (nee Reynolds) Townsend and entered into rest Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at her residence in Byrnesmill at the age of 70 years, 1 month, and 28 days. She is preceded in death by her parents, She is survived by her loving husband Bud Meyer, Two (2) children, Bill (Kim) Lister of House Springs, Missouri, and John (Michelle) Lister of Hillsboro, Missouri Four (4) grandchildren, Ashley (Tim) Ferder, Tom Lister, Jessica Lister and Nathan Lister, One (1) great-grandchild, Maggie Ferder, One (1) sibling, Billy Ray Gant, many other family and friends. Jean was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and dear friend to many.

She opened her home to many people and treated them all like family. She enjoyed spending time with her family and having family gatherings. Jean like to spend her free time going bowling, she also enjoyed gardening and cooking.

She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Memorial visitation Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at CHAPEL HILL MORTUARY, 6300 Highway 30, Cedar Hill, Missouri.
