Ms. Wanda Locklear, 63, of Barry Road, Lumberton, NC was born May 3, 1954 and entered into eternal life on April 20, 2018. She is preceded in death by her parents, Margie and James F. Locklear; two brothers, Barry and James Jr. Locklear; her loving son, Andrew Locklear and a grandson Kendrick A. Burns. Wanda is survived by her daughter, Agerlena (Kent Burns) of Rowland; a sister, Janice (Charles) Lowery; a brother, Larry (Tammie) Locklear all of Lumberton; a sister-in-law, Kathy Locklear of Pembroke; three grandsons, Jaylon Locklear, Kaden Burns and Kameren Burns; three nieces and five nephews and a host of family and friends.
