Obituary for Waverlie D. Crafton II Waverlie D. Crafton II, age 69, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 7:01 p.m., Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at his home under the care of St. Anthony’s Hospice. Waverlie was preceded in death by his parents, Waverlie Dean and Corinne Crafton, his daughter, Robyn Crafton, and his father-in-law, Cliff Owens. Waverlie graduated from Henderson City High with the class of 1967.

He continued his education at The University of Kentucky earning a bachelor’s degree in Business. Waverlie was a member of the Lions Club and a lifetime member of the KY Wildcats Club. He has worked the family business, Crafton’s Office Supply, from 1986 until his retirement in March 2017.

Survivors include: Wife: Donna Hatfield Mother-in-Law: Jean Owens Sister-in-Law: Terri Mays and her husband David Niece: Natalie Royster and her husband Collin All of Henderson, KY Numerous Cousins Relatives and friends are invited to Waverlie’s Life Celebration from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 and again on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until the service time at Benton-Glunt Funeral Home. The memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at the funeral home with Reverend Jim Wofford and Reverend Cindy Green officiating. Burial will follow in Fernwood Cemetery in Henderson.
