Obituary for Wayne J Evans Private family services were held for Wayne J. Evans, 75, of Mentor. Mr. Evans passed away Jan. 10, 2019, at his residence.

Born Sept. 4, 1943, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Lake County for 55 years, living in Mentor. Wayne liked to hunt.

He was the loving father of Christine A. (Blake) Leduc and Caryn A. (Pep) Bertolami; and cherished grandfather of Alexis, Haley, Cassidy, Dominic, Antonio and Sophia. Wayne was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Joanne M. (nee Skoda) Evans; daughter, Cindy A. Boyd; and parents, John and Arlene (nee Zilinka) Evans. Arrangements are entrusted to McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Homes in Willoughby and Mentor.
