Wayne Leo Stemle, 75, of Charlestown, IN passed away on Saturday September 29, 2018 at The Waters of Scottsburg. Mr. Stemle was born on April 6, 1943 in New Albany, IN to Otto and Ruth Seng Stemle. He was an army veteran and a retired Life Insurance Salesman.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Irma and Dorothy and brother, Ottie. Survivors include his wife, Eddie Sue Stemle; daughters, Melissa Cox of New Albany, IN, Melinda Hulsizer (Ralph) of Charlestown, Teresa Gibson of Charlestown, Marsha Lawson of Charlestown; brother, Frank Stemle (Sherry) of French Lick, IN; grandchildren Travis, Kayla, Tabatha, Nicholas, Cory, James, Marcus and Rebecca and 7 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday October 3, 2108 at Grayson Funeral Home with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 am to 2 pm on Wednesday.
