Obituary for Ms. Wilena Dance Hunter Wilena Hunter Clemson, SC Willena Dance Hunter, 89, of Clemson, SC, passed away on February 17, 2018 in Linville, NC. Willena was born to William and Lottie Dance, June 26, 1928, in Aynor, SC. She graduated from Aynor High School in 1946 and attended Columbia Business College.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters Doris Eubanks, Erma Rowe, Hattie Knepp, Elizabeth Bolyn and brother William Dance. She is survived by her son Jerry Hunter (Sharon) and her daughter Beth Hunter Cook (Jim); her brother Joe Dance (Yvonne), sisters, Barbara Beaver (David) and Martha Graham (Ray). As well as grandchildren Robert Hunter, Ryan Hunter, Katie Hunter, and Ruhl Cook.

Willena worked as a receptionist until she retired from Joyce’s Print Shop in Clemson, SC. She was passionate about playing cards and was particularly fond of bridge, having been a member of two bridge clubs. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at 11:00 am at Old Stone Church Cemetery in Clemson, SC. A gathering of family and friends will take place following the service at Clemson Downs. Liberty Mortuary is assisting the family locally.
