Wilhelmine’s Obituary Wilhelmine Duagn. age 90 of Garland, TX was born June 20, 1928 in Wiesbaden, Germany, and passed away May 16, 2019 in Dallas, TX. She is survived by her daughter, Karin Moreau and husband, Robert of Wisconsin; son, James K. Dugan II and wife, Susan of Garland; grandsons, Robert and Jeff Moreau, both of Wisconsin, Jon K. Dugan II of McKinney; granddaughters, Shelli VanKnocker of Wisconsin, Stephanie J. Dugan of Garland; nephew, Peter Kraus of Wiesbaden, Germany; and a host of loving great and great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held in Wilhelmine’s honor at 1:00 PM Thursday, May 30, 2019 in Williams Memorial Chapel with Jerome Brock officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Presbyterian Hospice, and the T Boone Pickens care center at 12477 Merit Drive, Dallas, Texas.
