Billy, sometimes called Will, was amazing – loving, caring, smart, loyal, handsome, talented, funny, sweet … and so much more. Hours before leaving for out-of-state rehab, Billy died unexpectedly from an overdose at age 21, a battle with drugs he was fighting but wasn’t able to “figure it out”. Billy loved driving cars (to anywhere for whatever reason), skateboarding, photography, music, helping his friends, and also cooking.

There was an endless supply of recipes he found on YouTube. He treasured and loved his friends. And they loved him back.

Billy will remain in our hearts forever. He is survived by his parents, Bob and Diane (nee Steinbrenner), his older brother Tom, and Duke and Rover – 2 dogs he wished would remain puppies forever. Also, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Countless friends. Visitation will be Sunday, July 22, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8pm. at the Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St. Walden, NY.

Funeral services will be Sunday July 27, 2018, 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Catholic Charities 27 Matthews St., Goshen, NY 10924 or Montgomery Ambulance Corp. , PO Box 25 Walden, NY 12586.
