Obituary for William C. Catoe Mr. William C. Catoe, 82, of Rock Hill passed away Sunday, June 17, 2018 at Piedmont Medical Center. He was born January 9, 1936 in Lancaster, a son of the late Julius C. Catoe and Ethel Vincent Catoe. Mr. Catoe was a member of Second Baptist Church and had retired from the City of Lancaster.

A service to celebrate the life of Mr. Catoe will be held Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Second Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Brian Saxon and Rev. Larry Hellm officiating.

Burial will be in the Lancaster Memorial Park. Mr. Catoe is survived by his wife, Geneva Miles Catoe; a son, Kenneth Lane Catoe and his wife Linda of Chattanooga, Tennessee; a step daughter, Peggy Medlin and her husband Donnie of Rock Hill; a brother, Samuel Marcus Catoe of Jefferson; a sister, Fannie Mae Mahaffey of Kershaw; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren; two step grandchildren; and three step great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Wylie Thomas Catoe; three sisters, Betty Jean Hancock, Mabelline Jenkins, and Helen Catoe.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at Second Baptist Church and other times at the home.
